Journey In Mind provides a range of Emotional Wellbeing services for children, teens, parents and schools - face to face across Shropshire (England) and online via Zoom - including one to one and group mentoring, workshops, online courses and after-school clubs.

Kate Thomas is the founder of Journey In Mind - she has over 13 years experience working in schools with children and parents as a qualified teacher. She set up Journey In Mind in 2022 after a rise of mental health issues in the classroom after the Covid 19 pandemic and long waiting lists for mental health support. Kate is passionate about empowering young people and adults with the knowledge and tools to build emotional resilience, confidence and self-worth! Kate is certified in mental health, NLP, mindfulness and confidence coaching and is trained to deliver a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches to support positive emotional wellbeing. As well as mentoring you'll also find Kate supporting Secondary Students at Cross Fit Shropshire Alternative Provision as well as working for BBC Teach as an Education Consultant. Kate also works with Mini First Aid Shropshire delivering their Healthy Minds Course to KS2 pupils in schools across Shropshire.
